For a while, when the people are asked about Job application their immediate reaction was "Where is your resume", but we took a step back from that question and asked a bunch of questions like "What's a resume? Why is it needed? What does it contain?, which lead us to the bigger question, does a Resume capture the skill that the person like to do or does it capture the skill they adapt for survival. • Educating the users to break the habit • Educating companies to buy into a different approach on looking for resources • Helping users grasp the value of career guidance • The market is already crowded with established brand and we need to stand out from the competition
Solution
Pepelwerk started with the work around and building an environment that helps the people in the work life space. Started with the research behind why the solution doesn’t exist as of now and what are the current challenges and validating them and testing the proposed solution was crutial at the beginning stage. • Interactive and guiding user experience step by step during the user journey with an option to skip that and explore • Guide the user with tips and tricks to enhance their understanding of the product and features • Set the right message for marketing so it becomes a better experience when they come into the product with the right expectation
