Problem
Redesign the User Interface and make better User Experience to suit the end users more. But the foundation of the market place and their target user was still unclear
Solution
Before any first step begins, we should understand the product in and out and even understand about how they are selling it in the market. True Experience is something that captures the expectation set by the marketing and matches them in the product. I have provided some questions below are some examples to understand in depth about the product. • What are the Goals, Values & Vision of GWOOP? • What are the growth metric for the next 1-5-10 years? • What problem does GWOOP solve? • What’s the USP of GWOOP? • How’s GWOOP being marketed to the end user? • Where are the GWOOP’s consumables and how is that tied to the profit of GWOOP? • Who are the users who is targeted to purchase into GWOOP? • Who are the 5 direct/indirect competitors of GWOOP? • How are they positioned in the market compared to GWOOP? • What’s the technology used to build the product?
